A positive, compassionate therapist with a genuine passion for helping others feel their best. In 2008, I experienced a significant back injury while training, which led me to explore massage therapy alongside physical therapy. I quickly noticed how effective massage was in managing acute flare-ups and supporting my recovery.

Inspired by my own experience, I became a licensed massage therapist in 2010. Since then, I’ve  SPECIALIZED in low back pain relief, with an emphasis on postural alignment and long-term pain management. My goal is not only to help alleviate discomfort, but also to educate clients on strategies to reduce pain and prevent future issues.
